Delivery

Delivery to addresses within Sault Ste. Marie city limits is free. Delivery within 50 km of Sault Ste. Marie city limits can be arranged after check out via email. 

Delivery is available east of Sault Ste. Marie to St. Joseph island. 

Shipping Policy

Our bath and cosmetic products are made to order to ensure ultimate freshness and the longest shelf life. These require varying processing times to create. We work hard to create each item quickly while maintaining our overall product quality. The average time frame for product production is 2-5 business days.​ All other products are listed as in stock and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. ​
Soaps require a 4 week curing time so every effort is made to maintain adequate stock of all advertised varieties.
Orders will be shipped out when all product components are ready. A notification will be sent and a tracking number will be provided.​​

For International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or duties that may apply. Please check with your countries import laws to see what your estimated duties may be. We are not responsible for paying these and we will not pay your countries taxes as it is illegal for us to do so.​

We are not responsible for delays due to customs. ​

Please note we are located in Canada and all prices are in CAD.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive for a perfect customer experience every time but sometimes things don't go as planned. 
We’ll provide a replacement, suggest an alternative, or refund your purchase.

within 21 days of delivery of your items.
