Smith Soap was created to provide an alternative to heavily packaged, overly processed personal care products. Products that are mass-produced and shipped over long-distances cause stress on the environment and are often made with ingredients selected based on cost, not benefit to the user. 

We look to use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible to support local business and producers because we believe that creating sustainable local economies are important. 

We focus on minimizing plastic use and finding ways to re-use and re-purpose items to reduce our environmental impact. 

We select high quality, natural ingredients to provide the best experience to the users of our products. 

The goal of our choices in each of these areas is for our customer to feel good on the inside about using our products on the outside.
